From March 10th to 12th the city of Girona will host the next Spain DMCs Annual Meeting, which brings together the main Spanish incoming agencies specialising in planning events. The Costa Brava Girona Convention Bureau collaborates with the Girona City Convention Bureau in organizing the event.
The Meeting kicks off on Friday evening with a reception and a cocktail dinner to welcome participants at the Monastery of Sant Pere de Galligants.
The next day the Girona Conference Centre will host the roundtables on tendencies and new trends in the MICE sector, with the presence of such institutions as MPI España and ICCA World.
The networking lunch will put agency directors, managers and owners in contact with members of the Costa Brava Girona Convention Bureau before going out to discover the city of Girona through teambuilding activities. To round off the evening there will be a dinner at Mas Marroch, El Celler de Can Roca’s event venue.
The next day the members of the Meeting will visit different places on the Costa Brava to discover at first hand the options available in the area for planning all sorts of events, meetings and incentive activities.
Altogether, 25 agencies will take part in the Meeting, which this year reaches its 18th edition.
