During three days, the Torremirona Relais Hotel Golf & Spa was the operations centre for a team from a French consulting firm who decided to organise their Boot Camp at the Costa Brava Girona.

The days’ schedule alternated training sessions in the hotel’s rooms with open-air teamwork activities.

Within the professional development programme, the teambuilding activities company Humanside designed and organised a night orienteering event. The group was divided into several teams who defined their strategy for finding the control markers hidden in the hotel’s extensive grounds, in an intense competition that helped bond the group.
