This kayak trip combines sport and adventure as you explore the Medes Islands and their seabed.

You will discover hidden corners of the archipelago where you can swim and regain your strength before returning to port. Before starting, the guide will teach you all the basics you need to know to do this activity in highly stable double kayaks (for those with experience, we have some individual kayaks too). You will be accompanied by a guide at all times and assisted by a support boat.
