The seafood cookery workshop is carried out in two teams. Each team chooses a head chef, who will divide the team into three stations so as to cook a three-course meal: one station for starters, one for mains and one for desserts.

All the dishes will be cooked using fish and seafood from the port of Palamós and local produce. The recipes will be given to the head chef, who will allocate them to each station and will be in charge of organising everything. When the dishes are ready, they will be plated and served.

Each team will taste the dishes prepared by the opposing team, which should motivate them to cook as well as possible. The final decision as to the winning team will be made by the chefs from Espai del Peix.
