The incorporation of Jesús Niño as executive chef at Hotel Santa Marta will mark a new era in the cuisine served by this hotel, at its superb location overlooking Santa Cristina beach, in Lloret de Mar.

Restaurant 58’s menu will include Costa Brava seafood recipes every day, revisiting traditional dishes with new touches. The restaurant area’s spectacular views of the sea complete the experience.

On the terrace of the Santa Marta Bar, also overlooking Santa Cristina beach, the menu is more informal, with dishes that are ideal for alfresco dining.

Down by the beach, the Santa Mar Restaurant serves Mediterranean seaside favourites every lunchtime, starring rice dishes and fish stews, as well as its chargrilled barbecue options. 

The fruit and vegetables served at the three restaurants are grown in the hotel’s vegetable garden, which hotel guests can visit with the specialists.
