Lloret de Mar was the meeting place for the one hundred medical professionals from all over Spain, Portugal and Latin America who participated in the gynaecological oncology clinical course.

The training was given over five days at the Evenia Olympic Palace. The Lloret Convention Bureau supported the event and organised an exclusive tour for delegates to visit the legacy left by the Indianos (the people who sailed to the Americas and returned when they had made their fortune) in Lloret. The day concluded with a daiquiri workshop.

In May, for the third consecutive year, Lloret de Mar will host the Scientific Congress for Healthcare Technicians, to be held in the Olympic Congress Centre, thereby confirming the ideal character of the destination for this kind of event.
