Hostal de La Gavina

Hostal de La Gavina first opened its doors on 2nd January 1932. It formed part of the seaside villa complex that Josep Ensesa was building, with designs by the architect Rafael Masó Valentí. Nowadays, the original 11 rooms have turned into 74, and the hotel has branched out with a spa, an outdoor swimming pool, restaurants and meetings rooms. However, it has always remained faithful to the original style and retained contact with its historical heritage. The hotel combines tradition and modernity in a subtle, timeless way.
