Conferences and Events Organisation is the unit of the Fundació Universitat de Girona: Innovació i Formació
which offers a full management service to promoters of academic activities, especially those from the University
of Girona.

We guarantee the success of initiatives linked to research, training, and knowledge transfer, whose
purpose is to share scientific and technological knowledge with professionals in their field, both nationally and
internationally. Among the services we offer are attendance and enrolment management, technical
coordination, accounting, abstract management (call for papers) and logistical support in conferences, seminars
and meetings.
