La Sala de l’Isaac is a gourmet restaurant specialising in chargrilled fish and locally-sourced produce. We seek to constantly surprise our guests’ palates with such dishes as wild mussels grilled over olive wood embers, baby cuttlefish from Palamós chargrilled with capipota (‘head and leg´) of veal, the various kinds of wild fish that we buy fresh from the fish market in Palamós or the ice cream made with sheep’s milk from the Ripollès area and chargrilled with macerated strawberries from Sant Pol de Mar.
La Sala de l’Isaac bases its cuisine on solid, clearly-established values – tradition, innovation, culture and sustainability – always using the best local ingredients.
