The restaurant El Molí de l’Escala, run by the chef Jordi Jacas, has incorporated five new rooms into its offer of elegant private dining rooms and a banquet hall.
The accommodation consists of two suites, two luxury double rooms and a family room with a mezzanine. The reform has respected the structure of the building, while creating large, bright and airy areas.
Located in a former flour mill with a history of more than 23 centuries, the restaurant bases its gastronomic proposal on nearby, seasonal produce with a creative touch that respects the roots of local cuisine.
