The Girona Counties’ gastronomic establishments have garnered 21 Michelin stars, divided among 16 restaurants on the Costa Brava and Girona Pyrenees.

This year’s awards include a new category, the green stars, which recognise good practices in sustainability. The region’s first award in this category went to Les Cols restaurant (Olot).
