Hotel Casa Anamaria
Hotel Casa Anamaria has hired Pere Arpa as its new executive chef responsible for heading up all the hotel’s gastronomic spaces, such as Can Motes restaurant, the Pool Bar and catering for events and celebrations held at the hotel.
Pere Arpa has held a Michelin star and two Suns from the Repsol Guide for the past 14 years. The gastronomic delights offered by Hotel Casa Anamaria are based on fresh seasonal produce from local producers and the establishment’s own vegetable garden.
New features at Can Roca
The Roca brothers will be managing La Fortalesa de Sant Julià de Ramis, a former military fortress converted into a hotel, restaurant and jewellery and art museum.
This new venture includes, among other initiatives, an event space that will complement the brothers’ current one at Mas Marroch.
