Members of the Costa Brava Girona Convention Bureau were invited to take part in the Growth Hacking training for LinkedIn organised as part of the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board’s “Tourism 360°” training programme.
In this session, participants were shown advanced techniques for automating processes that make web management more efficient. These resources save time spent on routine tasks, freeing up more time for disseminating interesting custom content to users.
The training is part of the Costa Brava Girona Convention Bureau’s goal of supporting its members in the digitalisation of marketing processes, in line with new trends in consumption and uptake of proposals.
In-person classes are back
The Lloret Convention Bureau has brought some of its activities back to in-person events. Recently, Lloret Theatre, one of the unique spaces in the town equipped to host all types of events, was the venue for two training workshops.
The workshops served as a meeting point for companies in the business tourism sector, who took part in practical sessions designed to reinforce their knowledge of how to boost sales with LinkedIn and Twitter, the main social networks used by business tourism professionals.
These events were carried out following all the current health and safety protocols and included around fifty professionals from Lloret de Mar’s accommodation establishments and travel agencies, among members of the Lloret Convention Bureau and participants in the Digital Transformation Plan launched in the town last winter.
