La Sala de l’Isaac is a gourmet restaurant specialising in chargrilled fish and locally-sourced produce. The restaurant seeks to constantly surprise its guests’ palates with such dishes as wild mussels grilled over olive wood embers, baby cuttlefish from Palamós chargrilled with veal capipota (‘head and leg´), various kinds of wild fish bought straight from the fish market in Palamós or ice cream made with sheep’s milk from the Ripollès area and chargrilled with macerated strawberries from Sant Pol de Mar.
La Sala de l’Isaac bases its cuisine on such solid, clearly-established values as tradition, innovation, culture and sustainability and always uses the best locally-sourced ingredients.
